Christmas Day

Before we knew it, Christmas morning arrived. Brandon and Evan were up about 5:30am, excited to go see what Santa brought! Here they are, set up by Aunt Andi to begin their sprint down the hall to the Christmas tree. :)

This was supposed to be a picture of Brandon and Evan holding up one of the gifts they had asked Santa to bring: a light up paint brush. They still don't quite get the concept of showing their gift - it is either in front of their face or way down by the floor. Oh well - they are still cute. :)

Opening their new computers from Aunt Andi...

Zack enjoyed hanging out with Papa John for much of the present opening. Here he is with his new blanket.

Brandon, Evan, and Zachary gave Aunt Andi a Snoopy snowcone machine. It gets three thumbs up. :)

A few more pics...

After opening presents at eating some breakfast with my family, we moved over to Papa Wayne and Grandma Jane's house to see what Santa brought there.

Evan - what a cute patootie!

Brandon handing off a prent to Grandma Jane - I love their faces! :)

After presents, Brandon, Evan, Steve, and Papa Wayne headed outside to do some sledding with some new sleds Santa brought, and then we all took a little snooze.

In the afternoon, we headed over to Great-Grandpa Cecil and Great-Grandma Mary's place for dinner and presents with the rest of Steve's family. Unfortunately, our camera never made it out of the diaper bag. :( If anyone has any pics they are able to share, we would love it!

Christmas night, we stayed in Frankfort with Papa Wayne, Grandma Jane, and Aunt Katie and then visited the next day before heading back to Arlington Heights.

We had a fantastic Christmas this year! Thanks to everyone who made it so special!
