What a Fantastic Weekend!

After a long week, all four of us were happy to have some family time this weekend. Yesterday afternoon, we all took a walk to the Chicago Children's Museum at Navy Pier. The boys had a blast playing at the museum. We dug for dinosaurs, played in water, and made pizza and ice cream at a block party. :) Here are some pictures from the museum.

Today, we had a ton of fun on a trip to Wisconsin! Steve, Brandon, Evan and I went to visit my Uncle Jerry and Aunt Marilyn and all of their kids and grandkids. It was so nice to see so many members of my family that I haven't seen in years (way too many to even admit). Not only was it great visiting with the family; Brandon and Evan LOVED checking out all of the farms! They got to ride on ponies, pet calves (and kitties!), and meet some goats. They even got to help "drive" a tractor. (Yes, Ga, it was an International Harvester!)

I am hoping that the pictures from today are embedded in a slideshow below. This is my first time trying this, so here goes! :) If you would like to see this pictures larger, check them out at http://picasaweb.google.com/saraingmire/OurVisitToTheVanthournoutFarms02.
