New Adventures in Blogging!

I am so excited to write that I have been given an opportunity to branch out with my blogging! I got news last week that I will be a contributor at Polliwogged, a brand new blog that is part of a network of family-related blogs called Z Recommends. Here is the official blog description...

Polliwogged will be a new baby blog from ZRecs in a tumblog format, offering quick tips, no-nonsense product assessments based on hands-on testing, exclusive discount codes and offers from brands and retailers we like, and links to great baby-related content we find online. Our goal is to offer a baby blog that is fast, fun, useful, and inspiring!

This new blog officially launched this evening, and I am really excited about the prospect of doing something for myself. If all goes well, I can actually make money doing this, which is awesome! My official "beat" is going to be on baby/parent bonding and child development...

• Baby bonding and development - tips, activities, and related products
• Identifying and celebrating developmental milestones (general, not personal)
• Tips on sibling interaction issues
• Baby games and activities
• Special mom and baby (and dad and baby) bonding
• Products related to these areas

So, at this point, I am working on generating blog post ideas and getting them written. I have written six posts so far, which will be published over the next two weeks, and I will continue to add posts to the blog three times a week.
