And we are in FLORIDA!!!! :)

Over this past week, we were able to spend our last vacation this spring in Florida at Disney World with Papa Wayne, Grandma Jane, and Aunt Katie. We had a fantastic time!!!

We actually arrived in Florida around noon on Monday, and after lunch, we headed to our vacation house to check out the pool and lay low for the afternoon. The house we stayed in was great! It was a ten minute drive to the parks, and we had four bedrooms (each with its own bathroom!), a kitchen, dining area, living room, game room, and our own pool! Here are some pics of Steve, Katie, Brandon, and Evan in the pool on Monday afternoon.

Brandon and Steve floating around the pool... There were two innertubes for the boys to use, and they LOVED the independence! They both did so well swimming!

Evan (practicing his "I'm super cool" face) spending time with his Aunt Katie in the "hot pool"

After cleaning up a bit, we all headed to Downtown Disney and the Disney Marketplace for the evening to get into the "Disney spirit." We started out with dinner at Rainforest Cafe, which was interesting with two boys who hadn't slept more than 45 minutes all day after getting up at 5:30am. :) Really, they did well, but they were a bit overwhelmed by all of the scenery, noise, and "thunderstorms."

After dinner, we did some shopping. First we hit Goofy's Candy Factory, where the boys got to pick out some candy of their own. Then, we headed to Mickey's Market and World of Disney (the biggest Disney store in the world). At World of Mickey, we tried on some different mouse ears and Grandma Jane got some for the boys to wear during the rest of the trip.

Katie and Steve modeled the graduate ears

For those of you who know Jane, you know that her favorite Disney Character is Tinker Bell. Here, Grandma Jane, Brandon, and Evan are modeling Tinker Bell ears together! :)

Soon after picking out our ears, we headed back to the house to get rested up for our trip to the Magic Kingdom the next day!
