Having Fun Around Home

Over the last few weeks, things have been pretty calm at home. We have been enjoying the "home stretch" here in Ann Arbor, visiting with friends and going out on the town.

Evan and Brandon have been keeping us entertained. As they continue to build on their language, we are constantly surprised by the things they say. They are both really into sports. Just today, Brandon and Evan decided to pretend that they are baseball players, totally unprompted. They also asked their dad if they could go to a baseball game this spring. Whenever we drive by the football and basketball stadiums, they point them out and ask to go in. By they football stadium they yell both "GO BLUE!" and "ILLINI!" :)

Both of the fellas are also really into music. They enjoy singing songs, and spontaneously do so throughout the day. Some of their favorites are "Choo choo song," "Bus song," and "Firetruck song." Evan especially enjoys singing songs all by himself. Brandon and Evan both love to play instruments, too, whether it is their saxophone, guitar, or two spoons together.

Here is Brandon playing with his water table that Aunt Katie got the boys for Christmas.
