On Monday night, we were excited to carve pumpkins. This is the first year we have make jack-o-lanterns with the boys. They started out really excited, helping mommy to draw "faces" (or scribbles, whichever) onto two different pumpkins. Then, when we cut the pumpkins open, they got a little weirded out. They were willing to help scoop a little bit out with a spoon, but neither boy was willing to touch any of the slimy pumpkin "guts." It was pretty funny!
